FAQ

It’s free? How do you make money?

Right now we don’t, and everything on this page is free. Later we’ll offer a Pro version for leagues that want more: automated texting with captains, and support for larger leagues of more than 20 teams.

Do my players need an account?

No. The league’s page is a link. Players enter scores without signing in, and nobody installs anything.

How do payments work?

After they sign up, captains get a one-click button to pay you on Venmo. Scrimmy never touches the money and never takes a cut. Use something other than Venmo? Tell us, and we’ll make it work.

What if someone enters the wrong score?

Anyone can fix it from the same score sheet. Every change is kept in a log you can check.

Can I move matches when it rains or a gym falls through?

Yes. Drag them to another day and time, and every player’s page shows the change within seconds.

Can I use my own rules?

Yes. Sets per match, what each set is played to, a shorter deciding set, match length and how standings rank are all set per season.

Can I run more than one league?

Yes. Each league gets its own page, so Sunday indoor and Wednesday beach each have one, and your club page lists them all. Past seasons stay up to look back on too.

Can someone help me run it?

Yep. Add as many league managers as you like.
